The accommodation is accessed via an external flight of stone steps leading to a private garden terrace with BBQ and patio furniture.
The terrace leads directly into a spacious, very well equipped kitchen with a four-ring electric hob and oven/grill, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave.
There are two bedrooms, one double and one single, a bathroom with shower over, WC and washbasin and a very comfortable living room with TV, DVD and CD player, two sofas and a dining area with table and four chairs. Stairs lead off the landing to a downstairs utility/boot-room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a second entrance into the property.
All electricity, heating, hot water, towels and bed linen are provided. Cot and highchair are also available. There is no winter fuel supplement on this property.
There is ample safe parking and secure storage for bikes, pushchairs, fishing tackle etc. One small well behaved pet welcome.
We operate a no smoking policy.
Tariff
Weekly charge £250 - £400, usually Friday to Friday.
Short breaks available from £100, any day of the week or weekend, subject to availability. Please enquire for further details.
