Location

From: South/Severn Bridge/M4 : At Junction 24 on the M4 West take the A449 and then the A40 towards Abergavenny. Carry on the A40 towards Brecon. About 2 miles after passing through Crickhowell, turn right by the Nantyffin Cider Mill Restaurant onto the A479 to Talgarth. Follow this road to Talgarth. From Talgarth follow the signs to Hay-On-Wye, passing through Three Cocks and Glasbury. After Glasbury take the second signpost on the right to Llanigon, just before you reach Hay-On-Wye. Follow this road for 0.7mile. Buckton House is opposite the blue village sign for Llanigon and has a large tarmac drive to pull into.

From: the Midlands : From Hereford take the A438 towards Brecon until you reach Clyro. Turn left here, cross the River Wye, and at the junction by the Three Tuns pub turn right. Follow this road up through Hay, passing the clock tower on your left and continue out of Hay on the Brecon road, passing the Swan Hotel on your right. Continue on this road and take the first left after the fire station, sign posted to Llanigon. Then follow the directions as above.
